With the clients dream and vision in place, we came to design a modern - tropical house with seven spacious bedrooms, a master's bedroom with walk - in closet, a large kitchen with center island and bar, a ten seater dining area, a Living room that connects to the veranda and garden overlooking totoc hill, entering the house welcomes you with a high ceiling receiving area, on the second level you have a family area overlooking the living room and receiving area, a balcony that faces the totoc hill.
